hello, im runnning a 6mm cable from C U to dble oven thru my garage. is there any reg stating how low you can run a cable from the garage floor

No, but there are rules on where you can run in along a wall, if its route is not visible - see the permitted zones stuff in the refeernce section. also conside the risk of mechanical damage from boots/bycycles etc - is trunking in order?
