Hinges loose on internal door!

My bedroom door hinge has come loose and the door won't close properly.
It is only loose on the door frame side, I have tightened the screws but within a day or two I am back to square one.
Can anyone tell me a permanent fix for this other than splicing the door frame?

Tap a rawlplug into the screw hole and replace the screw.

Replace the screw for a longer one or fatter one?

is the door lining ("frame") cracked or split where the screws go in?

what is the length and tickness of the screws?

when they are tight, does the door feel as if it is springing or bending when you move it between closed and open?

I think he means on the frame leaf of the hinge.
