Internal door hinge screws pulled out, how do I fix?

My kitchen door had a plastic coat hanger hanging on the frame and on closing the door one day it got stuck in the gap on the hinged side and has pulled the screws from the door and now the door catches on the frame on the other (handle) side.
I have tried to tighten them back in but didn't last so I guess the thread has no grip in the wood now....would wall plugs be an option or thicker screws?
Or something else?!
Just to clarify - this is on the door itself not the frame!

I'm not entirely sure this is the best board to post on - open to suggestions.

Many Thanks

if you mean a room door, not a kitchen unit door, then prop the door up on wedges, unscrew the affected hinge, insert a couple of matchsticks with glue on into the screwholes, and when the glue's dried reattach the hinge.
