I get a very loud hissing buzzing sound coming from a lead pipe when my next door neighbor flush his toilet. Only last until his toilet fills up.

I have end Terrence house , the water supply is shared , the pipe in question comes off the mains of my neighbor house and feeds the toilet and sink in my house , i have separate stock for the rest of the house.

also I seem to have low pressure compared to his house and damp brick on the outer wall.

I have tried listing to my mains stop cock can't hear anything , and I also tried listen to stopcock which comes in from the next door neighbor still can't hear anything which.

any ideas on what it could be?

Is it the neighbouring wall? if so, go and speak to your neighbour.
If you are a tenant then speak to your land lord.
