hitachi nr 90gc2 firing once then wont fire again

Has new gas and fully charged battery,
When the head is pushed down the fan kicks in as it should and will fire one nail! Then when pushed down again fan kicks in as it should but will not fire.
If i leave it for around 15 mins it will fire 1 nail again then nothing again.
It had a full service around 6 months ago and only used a handful of times since,iv taken it apart and checked all connections,springs etc and all seems to be fine,any help would be gratefully received.thanks
