In south africa , apparently the HIV capital of the world (?) 7,000,000 confirmed carriers

200,000 HIV related deaths a year.

the country is awash with anti viral HIV medication ,testing clinics,funds etc . but the situation is getting worse ???

The Africans view condoms etc as an insult to their virirlity, and they are also condmend by the church, whatever they say in public.

Unless the drug companies are prepared to litteraly give away Precep, then it may have to be views as natures population control.

The place is awash with viral drugs free afaik ??

one of the issues is also confidentiality .when u go to an hiv clinic to be tested or to get your supply of drugs.

confidentiality is virtually non existent ? go to a clinic & its all around the local area.
