Hive & Glowworm betacom 3 30c

Hi all,
I know Hive install threads are probably a bit tedious, but I've been searching the net for quite a few hours and am drawing a blank.
Can anybody provide advice on where I'm going wrong here please?
Installing a Hive V1 on a Glow Worm Betacom 3 30c. The Hive is getting power and when I press the Central Heating button on it it lights up green as expected, but the boiler refuses to fire.
Is there something I need to change with this wiring setup?
L to L
N to N
1 to BUS -
3 to BUS+
Loop removed from RT 24V

3 from hive goes to rt on same connector as Live and Neutral plug

In hive link L1 to 1 and remove earth cable
