Hive Hot Water comes on when only Heating selected.

I've currently changed from Oil Heating to ASHP and have reused my Hive controller. The engineer noticed that when only the Heating is turned on the Hot Water light (and Hot Water heating itself) comes on automatically, even when the App and Controller show that it's off. Is this a feature or is there a setting I need to change to stop this?

There is no reason why the Hot Water should be coming on, even if the value demands it. This basically means that I can't stop the water from being heated, even if I'm keeping the heating on low whilst on holiday.

Very common on oil boilers that the Hive will be set to Gravity HW , you need to go into settings and change it to fully pumped

That's what I probably need to do. Where do I find those settings? I have read the installation manual and couldn't find any reference. Do I need to reset it back to default? Thanks.

What happens when you select hot water only?

Just the Water comes on, not the Heating.

When in gravity mode the top light will be blue.
To put it in fully pumped mode hold the left hand button in for about 10 seconds until the top light turns green.
