Hive replacing Drayton SCR and LP111

Good evening,

I was hoping I could get some assistance with the Hive terminations to replace old. Any help is greatly appreciated.

My current Heating system is:

Glow Worm Flexicom 30 CX Combi boiler
Drayton SCR
Drayton LP111

There is main flex from the boiler to the SCR.

Pin 1 Blue N
Pin 2 Red L
Pin 5 Black
Earth to Earth


A separate flex runs from the SCR to the LP111

Pin 1 Blue N
Pin 2 Brown L
Pin 3 An Earth wire which is not an Earth, just a botch from the original installer

LP111 Wiring

Please can someone point in my the right direction on which what I am doing with the Pin 3 on the SCR which goes to Pin 5 LP111.

Wire Hive from boiler flex with:

Pin 1 Blue N
Pin 2 Red L
Pin 3 Loop to Pin 2
Leaves the black wire for Heat on?

Could I just leave the SCR wiring as is and remove the LP111 flex.

If the wires highlighted below go to the boiler, and the other cable to the LP111, then with the Hive Single Channel version you can do what you suggest.

Blue goes to Hive N
Red goes to Hive L
Black goes to Hive 3
Link Hive terminal 1 to L

Remove the cable to the LP111
