This is a post for anyone with good technical knowledge of wiring Central Heating Programmers / Stats, in particular the British Gas Hive v2.
I currently have a very basic 'Celect' battery operated programmer/stat controlling my Saunier Duval Combi.
I have 2 wires inside, COM & N/O with 72v between these contacts when heating is off.
I have purchased a new Hive system, with single channel receiver/hub/stat.
I need to know where my existing COM and N/O connect to within the new receiver, and if any loops are required?
And is my assumption correct that I need to provide a new mains supply for the receiver?
