Hive thermostat issue

Hi. I woke up this morning to a freezing house. My thermostat is on a schedule to come on at 18 at 6am. I woke up to no heating on but the target said 18 but actual said 13. I pressed boost and it came on. I checked the heating history in the app and it said it was on 20.5 from midnight onwards although it actually wasnt. That means it “tricked” the thermostat into believing it didnt need to come on. Any ideas?

Check that the time on the hive is correct, the time should be set by the internet connection but sometimes they wander for some reason

The time is correct. The target temperature was set at 18 and the minimum temperature is set at 16 if it got that low
