Hive to old satchwell relay box question

HI all , Am wanting to install a hive dual channel onto the old relay box wiring diagram below.

The wiring img for progammer does not include heating off , below is what im thinking but not sure

N Permanent neutral = 17
L Permanent live = 19
1:Hot Water Off(nc) = 18
2:Heating Off (nc) = ?
3:Hot Water On (no) = 20
4:Heating On (no) = 7

Yes, remove old programmer, connect new Hive to the terminals listed.
You will also need to disconnect the room thermostat and add a wire link between 1 and 3.

Ok cool thanks , so i can ignore the heating off conection , is that correct
