I'm laying some lvt flooring.

As i lay the flooring around the stairs i am wondering on the best way to hold down the lvt around this area.

I do not believe that the skirting will hold it down sufficiently but i am also try to avoid beading (where possible)

My stairs has a sort of bull nose edge

What do you mean hold it down?

Lvt is laid as a floating floor there is no "holding it down" you lay it underneath skirting to hide the expansion gap to save you using beading, you have allowed for an expansion gap?

To lay it against your stairs you need to use a multi tool to cut the stairs so you can slide the flooring underneath
