Holes in house!

I’ve just bought my first house. As you can see from the photos below, there are lots of holes in the cement between bricks, holes where there were screws attaching things and some gaps between windows and brickwork and some cracks in the bricks.

Do I need to get these filled/sorted ? If so, how / using what (e.g. “Squidge polyfilla in them”). Thanks!
