Hollow wall fixings for a tiled wall - recommendations pleas

I need to fix some corner shelves up and need a secure mounting but also need the hole that I push any fixing through to be not too large (otherwise you would see it)

would these do? too long/short? they need to go through tiles, 12.5mm plasterboard and thin (4mm?) wooden slats.

thanks for the advice as I don't want to mess it up!
 
Never had a problem fixing into tiles with an ordinary wall plug (even in a plasterboard stud wall). Drill the hole so that the plug is a tight (ish) fit, then tap the plug in so that it's just below the face of the tile (use a screw to push it in) then fix as normal.
