Home CCTV kit (wired) for up to £400

Am after a wired home CCTV kit with at least 2, but ideally 4 cameras for external use. Preferably with night vision and as high a quality images as possible.

Ive seen some SANNCE kits that are powered via the ethernet cable, are these any good?

Is there a kit you'd recommend for my price range please?
