Honda Throttle 476

My Honda throttle will not hold on the choke position , backs off before able to start.

I have tighten the screw on the handle it done the job for a while.

Don't know if there is a friction washer or spring in the controls.

Is there a cure for this problem?

The real secret to these is not to lubricate the lever, but I guess you could Loctite the screw in place.
Spare levers are available from GHS Ltd.

Found a spring washer will try that with loctite 243 or 270
