Hi there new to here so be friendy please!
I have just installed this alarm system, I have wired it up according to the engineers manual as I have never done one before.
My problem is when the panel is set and I set it off the siren outside only rings for 3-5 seconds the goes off but the lcd control still rings. I have 2 pirs and a door conntact all covering this room.
when I do a walk test they all work fine, and the bell timer is set to 20 mins but it does not last that long. What can the problem be?

wiring or programming?

Can anyone help me?

Check the bell box - there may be a jumper that controls bell duration. Sounds like it may be set to test mode (5 seconds)

opened up the bell and looked lots finally found a little plastic thing covering terminals marked test, 20mims10mins5mins, so put the plastic thing on to the 20min terminals and now works fine
