I have a Honeywell CP038 which is currently displaying Call Engineer - reset required. I have user and manager access codes, not an engineer one. I have tried 112233 which from looking on the internet i thought was the default engineer passcode, but no luck. Does anyone know how i can clear this error? The messages came up in the first place because the battery needed changing, i have done that. I just need to get rid of this message somehow now. I have no manuals or anything with the alarm, it was in the house when i moved in. Would appreciate any help
