Honeywell galaxy 2-20 c020

Hi anyone help please.
Getting error +BATT MIS DISPLAYING on keypad.
Have removed panel battery and voltage measure 13.22 volts.
Should I replace the battery or could it be another issue?
Battery is 3 years old.
