Its not sounding good really, if panels defo powering up only things left is to try are defaulting and try using the other AB lines (2,3 and 4). If that doesnt work yeah i'd expect you'd need a new panel.

What are the LED`s showing, flash rates ect?
Have you tried a warm start?
If not do a cold start but it will need reprogramming.
After a cold start and no joy new panel time.

Hello All,
Took delivery of a new PSU today, replaced the old one, fired it up and what do you know, **** then it fired up the 'Configuring' message !
So glad that I didn't have to replace the whole panel!
For future reference, even though it is an odd thing to request... If you ever need the pin-out of the classic series PSU just give me a shout.

You still never told us the LED flash rates.
This would have solved this in the first place.
Nor the output voltages, or the ones that should have been expected.
We ( Galaxy installers) know the pins, but you never answered the questions.
