Honeywell Original vs ADT Panel

I've currently got a honeywell g2-12 panel and got my hands on a g2-44 panel to expand my zone capability, but within the docs and the banner on the screen its an ADT version. - yes it was an ebay job as a left over from an install and didnt mention it was and ADT version.

Can anyone advise what the difference is between the ADT version and the non ADT version and does it matter ,to still integrate with everything else I have, wireless contacts, pir, RF portal, selfmon ethernet module etc.

am i likely to experience any issues or any reason i why i should get rid of it and replace with the non ADT version.

Could have ADT software ?
I've never had a problem with Adt takeovers when I've crashed the programming.

Yes it has ADT software as out of engineer mode it comes up as ADT and the included manuals have ADT stuff on.

Yeah i know thats possible, but panel/program wise if it the same panel?

Just wondered why they would have separate branded ADT panels, and whats so special about them.

Should be the same
Sometimes when ADT clients certain requirements the software is changed.
