Honeywell Smart Thermostat TH8320ZW1007 on Potterton ProMax Combi

Not easily. Because:

A) Its an american product.
B) Its 24v and your boiler is 230V switching. So you'll need relays and transformers.

Which puts you in the category of "if you have to ask, then you can't do".

I have no idea - the manuals look very Mickey mouse as does the product. I presume it talks to a receiver/hub and that is wired to the boiler.

Frankly though - Either go to Honeywell for Evohome, Or Nest.
