we are having problems with our newly installed central heating installed by warmfront. we have a greenstar heatslave oil boiler with a honeywell hcw 80 thermostat and a honeywell st9400c programmer. the problem is that unless we turn the thermostat right down below the frost setting, even with the programmer on off, the heating remains on albeit low. this means we cannot have the heating on timed or even use the froststat setting if we go away. we have contacted warmfront but they pass us on to manufacturer and vice versa. help!
