hello i am having problems with these valves, is it possible to buy the motors that actuate them without having to buy the complete valve?

But changing the motor only won't fix a fualty auxiliary switch or motor gears. Far better to replace the complete motor head.
BTW very old ones can't have new motor heads fitted so you may wish to change the complete valve for future repair ease.
