I have a problem that the front door leaks along with the soap dispenser when the washing machine is first switched on. No water appears to be entering the drum.
Does anybody know what the problem may be??

Remove lid of washing machine and switch on and see where water is going. It should run through drawer and into drum via outer drum or through top of door gasket(I am not familiar with this model).Has pipe/connection from bottom of soap drawer to drum or gasket become detached?
