Hoover OPH714DS Fault help

Hi can any one advise on the possible fault on my Hoover washing machine OPH714DS - 80.

It is about 3 years old and has developed a fault. When the machine programme is set it comes on and seems to go through the motions of the programme but without the motor running to turn the drum.

I have checked the drum and it seems to turn without any resistance.

There is no error on the display.

Any help on the matter is greatly appreciated.

Check motor brushes, possibly worn down.

Great thanks for the advice.

I will get them replaced. I noticed on Hoover's website there is multiple types, any indication of part numbers which are attached to my washer?

Hi the link suggested does not have the brushes listed.

The motor type is P55TF

Could some one advise on the brush part numbers for the washing machine?
