Hoover Visionhd1400 HELP Fault code E03

Afternoon
Can some one please help me , i have a Hoover Vision hd washing machine that keeps coming up with fault code E03 Now i know this much it means drainage , i ve checked everything the pump filter pipes they all seem ok . Yet the message keeps coming up what else can this be
