Hooverwasher drum not tuning

My Hoover Washer Drier WDM150 works OK exept the drum does not turn.
I have checked the belt which is ok
I did notice that there was a small PCB at th bottom left hand corner (lookin from the back) Tha appeared damp. I removed it and dried it but still nothing
Any one help please
