Horizontal plasterboard joints when using Resilient Bars

Hi,

Most descriptions I have seen of using resilient bars on walls show a full sheet being applied, but what happens when you have make a horizontal joint in the plasterboard and how is it best dealt with ?

How high are your walls?

You should be able to get the join across a single bar, with careful measuring. It is as wide as a stud.
