Hi all. Ive had this problem before, where I've tightened the grub screw, yet the spindle on one side tends to slip over time. I thought id tightened the grub screws really tight but still have this problem. Is there anything else I can try?

How about removing the spindle and drilling a slight recess (barely start the drill) where the grub screw strikes so it locks in to the depression then maybe Loctite on the thread.
