Hormann up and over garage door trouble

The door sags down on the left from outside.
the grub screws on the spindle needed tightening but i can't get enough tension in the cable by hand. Any advice on how to do tnat? I have taken enough slack out the cable so it doesn't jump but it still sags.
Thanks for any advice.
