Horstmann Electronic 7 - Water Heater Immersion Controller

Hi all,

I have searched the forum but I cannot find this issue and I have contacted the manufacturer but it is Saturday and they are not back until Monday.

System: Premier Plus Unvented Cyclinder with Horstmann Electronic 7 controller.

We have had a few power cuts over the last couple of days. Since the power is back the Horstmann controller display is on but none of the buttons (boost, summer/winter, hr, min) do anything so I can not edit anything on it or turn the boost on.

Curiously, when I press all the buttons the controller does reset (as per the manual) but still no ability to edit anything.

Am I missing something obvious here?

If I do get someone out, is it a plumber or an electrician?

Hi there, thanks for responding.

I have tried that already and it does reset but still nothing is editable and the "boost" wont turn on. At least the factory settings does mean it still heats the water for a few hours in the day.

Sorry, I missed where you said you had done that.

Can only now assume it has been damaged.
