Hot Pipes cold Radiator

Hi can anyone help plesae I have hot pipes but cold Radiator I have bleed the radiator but no luck any ideas.

valves closed?

Pin stuck on the thermostatic rad valve? (take the head off and wiggle the little pin up and down with a pair of pliers, not too hard tho!)
