hot water flow too low

my heating system is puma.heatiing ok but hot water flow is too low.even if i turn on one tap mo can able to use the other tap.plz help me.

Hot water flow limiter is probably playing up. Reduces water wastage while the hot water heats up so water only trickles out

Take out the O ring from the flow restrictor (pull out the cold water inlet isolating valve...the restrictor is located in the outlet)
