As per the title, the PCB on the boiler failed after 10 years - so I've replaced it by myself (exchanged the faulty one with a refurb one and with a 1-year warranty). All is good, but the hot water is not hot enough! Even if I turn the bath or kitchen tap to the max.

Is it possible that this is the adjustment somewhere or that refurbed PCB is storing some weird values? Not sure how to reset everything to default.

Any guidance is much appreciated.

The more the "max" flow the colder the hot water, so check your flowtate(s)
A 24kw combi will give 17LPM @ 40C, 11.3LPM @ 50C & 8.6LPM @ 60C from mains cold of 20C.

Resoved this by adjusting the direct hot water (DHW) temperature at the control unit for the boiler.

Thanks for the feedback.
