hot water on the blink

I have recently refitted my bathroom and since turning the water back on after doing the plumbing my hot water has been acting rather strange. one minute ill get hot water out of all the taps then ill just get hot water out of some of them, sometimes the bath and basin can give out totally different temps even if running at the same time.can anyone help???

Think its unvented, its a boiler mate 2, how do i go about getting rid of the air lock???
