I have a hot water tank & immersion heater fed by a cold water tank, the cold tank being 0.8m above the hot tank and 1.2m above the bath taps. The pressure/ flow is very poor. If I moved the cold tank into the loft and gave a drop of about 2.5m to the taps will this improve the flow? Or is there another way of filling the bath quicker?

A better head should give better flow coupled with 22mm hot water feed to bath and reducing to 15mm at sink
