Hot water pressure inconsistent

Just moved into a new house - 9 years old - with gas central heating. There is a boiler downstairs and a hot water tank upstairs in the airing cupboard.
The hot water comes through at different pressures in different rooms, ie

1st floor - En suite shower (non electric) - low pressure
Gr floor - Kitchen - low pressure

1st floor - Ensuite basin taps - good pressure
1st floro - Master bathroom bath & basin - good pressure
Gr floor - Cloak room - good pressure

Any suggestions as the shower is pretty much unusable although the kitchen we could probably live with.

Perhaps the wrong type of tap has been installed in the kitchen.
A high pressure tap has been installed on a low pressure system.

If the cold tap is ok in the kitchen it is the tap.

Could also just be limescale in the tap.

I got my plumber brother-in-law round at the weekend and he confirmed it was the tap as it was a high pressure one, fitted to a low pressure system.
And the ensuite pressure is low because of the lack of 'head' so he is going to fit a pump for the shower.

Every time you used the word pressure you seem to have meant flow!

Flow is measured in litres per minute.

Pressure is measured in Bar. ( Used to be psi ).
