Hot water pressure

Hi

I've just moved in to a new house `and over the course of the last week the hot water tap in the bathroom sink has gone from a steady flow to a trickle to non existent. Bath tap is OK and all other taps are OK

Any ideas? Air lock

What type of boiler / what type of system / what kind of tap is it / does it have an aerator / any other clues at all?

Just sounds like the spindle on the inside of the tap is stuck down it hexagonal shape and when opened to far doesn't always sit back in its housing properley
