Hi i have been have problems with my Heatline solaris 30 boiler. The first one i had i would only have hot water for about 3-4 months then it would be cold i was told by Heatline the heat exchange was blocked the system was not powerflushed right . Plumber came back and powerflushed system again and the heat exchange changed by heatline and the plumber also put in a magnaclean . The problem still came back and i gave up on the plumber as he was no help ! In the end Heatline fitted a new boiler for me to be safe i had the system powerflushed just before the new one was fitted (system has been powerflushed 3 times ) . Its been 4 months and now some times i have hot water some times cold i really don't know what to ! all the rads are new when the first boiler was fitted i only have 5 rads and at no time have i had a problem with the heating . Heatline are coming out tomorrow to have a look just wondering if anyone has heard of this problem or what i should do .
Thanks

I like your model of boiler and I have to say that Heatline have been very supportive to you.

It seems that your "plumber" has been the cause of all the problems. If he knew what he is doing then he would have been able to sort it out without calling the manufacturer.

Was this proper power flushing with a noisy pump and taking 3-5 hours and using chemicals?

Is he a proper CORGI registered person who can read and understand boiler manuals?

Heatline have been good about it. Yes both plumbers have been corgi registerd and all powerflushes have taken 5 hours + . I have Acova collum rads down stairs they are about a year old i don't know if these could be the cause of the problem ? Really am at a loss at what to do having two small boys is really hard not having hot water!
