Yesterday after a normal cycle of CH and HW on/off's, after last period for HW the HW appears to have become stuck on. The CH does appear to operate as usual around it. The only time the HW stops if power is curtailed to the whole system. One of the two Danfoss HPA2 MV's appears to be very loose/laboured in it's movement from auto to manual (doesn't feel that connected. On the Control the HW light goes out to signify end of program but the HW just carries on merrily.

Could this be the reason for the fault? Will there any concerns running the system (mainly for CH in the evening) until it's sorted? Any advice gratefully received!

Boiler - Glowworm Ultimate
Tank - Ariston with Protech Indirect Range
Control - Danfoss
2 MV's - Danfoss HPA2
Pump - Grundfos
Distro - Danfoss WB12

sounds like the head on the HW motorised valve needs changing part costs about 30 quid

Thanks will give it a go, thought it might be from seeing your other posts but wanted to make sure it could be along the same thread ov MV probs.

easy job 2 screws 4 wires , best way is snip the wires in the junction box and change one at a time that way you don`t get mixed up
