Hot Water System Pressure

Is it normal to have to check pressure level every week or so? I find when I go into the cupboard where the megaflo is the reading is under 1 BAR and I usually have to turn both valves open for about 10 seconds to get it back up to 1.

No. It sounds as if you may have a leak somewhere. You should only have to top up system pressure about once or twice a year.

Have you any auto air vents on the system that could be leaking?

Thanks for reply. hmm im not sure to be honest. Just moved into house in last 4 months, and before that lived in a flat with storage heating so all very new to me.

The system itself however, was only fitted in Summer 05 so its all very new. I guess I'll maybe need to get a plumber out to have a look
