Hello, my boiler (greenstar combi) is reading 0 Bar. I think the builder who was her today burst a pipe in the extension hes building and the system has drained down. Can I still use the hot water for showering etc until he comes back tomorrow? The boiler is still on and there seems to be hot water - but is it safe?

Thanks in advance for your help!

You shouldn't be getting hot water if the system has no pressure. The boiler is definitely at 0?
Run a shower without getting in it... I doubt it will supply hot water for long.

Thanks dilalio. You're right the hot water didn't last long. I've stop-ended the offending pipes and re-filled the system. Seems to be ok now, the builder can do a permanent fix tomorrow. Thanks for the quick reply!
