I have noticed over a period of time that the hot water seems to be getting slower :(

If i turn on one water tap and then another the the flow from one of them almost dissapears.

I have checked under the floor to see whart size water pipes are and they are 22mm to almost 2ft from either tap then reduced down to 15mm.

The cold water pressure is fine and the water inlet tap is fully open.

Any idea's?

Ps

Sorry for such a long first post.

What is supplying the hot water? A combi boiler? A tank fed hot water cylinder?

I'm guessing you have a combi boiler and the heat exchanger is scaled up in which case it will need descaling or replacing.....

Wow that was quick.

Yes it is a combi and what does descaling involve (sorry to sound thick)
