Hotpoint Aquarius FDW65 wont fill

Machine wont fill there is water still inside. I have checked filters and sink looking for any blockages none found. I don't have my user manual so don't know error codes. Machine lights up and there is a low humming sound then it switches over to 1st light on right hand side ( drying 12hr ) as you face the machine. Can anyone help, please

Hi Cleahy,

It sounds as if the drain pump is not pumping out the water and causing an error code message. The drain pump could be faulty or the impeller isn't turning.
