Hotpoint Aquarius WF000 Door Locked

As a result of my 1 year old son tampering with the buttons on the machine, the door has gone into a permanent lock mode. I have tried everything including leaving the machine alone for hours, re-washing, turning on/off and taking the plug out but nothing is curing the problem. Does anyone have the solution?. I dont have a manual either. There must be a combination of switches that will release the door in an emergency.

is there a screwdriver slot in the door release button or a sliding bit?

the other cause could be a blocked filter - if the water is still too high after pumping out the door will stay locked

Thanks for the answer. I did a re-spin and the door opened so it must have been the water level
