Quoting rocks1, I suppose my issue is "f03 lights 3&4 Ntc fault". But in this case the On/off light is also flashing. I don't know what to do, please help me out.

The ntc is on the heater at the back of the drum check the two thin wires are not broke. Otherwise it needs a pcb.
