Continually fills, attempts to spin, fills, attempts to spin at start of any cycle. Any ideas? Is it a faulty sensor?

Could be a blocked pressure vessel for the water level pressure switch. The pressure vessel is a take off from the sump hose under the tub.

Found that the taco wires to the junction box on the motor had work hardened and broken, so once I had opened the junction box it was a simple fix. Thanks for all your help.

Last year i had the front electronic panel replaced from my washing machine because all the lights kept flashing even when the machine wasn't on.
This time my washing machine doesn't drain the water or spin. On/Off and Wash enhance buttons keep flashing. I've tried to unplug it for a couple of hours and cleaned the filter but it didn't solve the problem.
Any suggestions?
Thank you
