Hotpoint Aquarius WML560 not heating up

Hi there

Does anyone have any ideas or what to test on this machine of ours that wont heat up i am an auto electrician and confident in most home electrical things but have tried to find a service manual on the net with no joy

Heater is at the back. Remove the rear panel it's down the bottom of the drum. Should read 25 ish ohms if it works.

Thanks will try it what about a thermostat if it has one!!!

That's next to heater but never fails.
